just started spinning the yarn for my squirrel kill. so far so good. i'm using the big bulky wheel so that i can spin this extra bulky and keep all the felted matted parts in-tact. i spun through most of my fiber before i realized i hadn't thought about eyes. i need to get some eyes in here so when i crochet it back to life it can see the beautiful world again!! so it's off to the thrift store to find some poor stuffed animal willing to give up it's eyes to the frakensquirrel.
NEWS!
is anyone going to CNCH (Confrence for Northern California Handweavers) in sacramento next weekend? you should! i will be doing a book signing on saturday with YARN BARN OF KANSAS. come by and say hey!!!
